FAQ's
When mailing a check or money order for your items please print the order
page and include it with your payment made out as follows:

Shipping prices listed on the website are for the USA only. All other areas
by quote. Please email us your country and Postal Code. Most Int'l orders
are shipped via USPS.
All orders with a shipping cost of $10 or more include insurance and is
mandatory. If your item does not have insurance and you wish to purchase it
please inquire within.
We do offer combined shipping. However since
we offer various sized items and materials we do not have a sophisticated
shipping calculator. Place your order and when we pack and process your
order we will combine shipping and refund any overcharge.
95% of orders are shipped on the same or next business day once your payment
has cleared. If you need more shipping options please inquire and we will do
our best to accommodate you.
Each item listed on our Art Repro page is in stock. Some items may be low in
stock and we ask that you inquire within. If an item is listed on the left
hand side sold out column chances are we will not be remaking it again.
We have a 7 day return policy on all artwork purchases. You must return the
item to us in "A" stock condition. No part of the shipping charges are
refundable. Please insure the return package.
If you have a lost, stolen or damaged item please notify us within 48 hours upon receipt via
email with your name, shipping address, telephone number and tracking
number. This process can be trying at times. Please be patient as we work
through this process together. We have never had a damage claim denied as
long as the recipient followed instructions.
"B" stock is sold as-is and non-refundable.
We can do custom art orders, however there is a minimum of 25 and the price
is usually cost-prohibitive.
While inkjet technologies keep evolving you will find noticeable differences
right away on our screen printed artwork. Our reputation should speak for
itself when comparing quality and price.
If you would like Signature Confirmation on
your order please contact us before purchasing your item(s) as there is an
upcharge of $2.50.
If you are ever unhappy for any reason we ask that you contact us to resolve
the matter. While we strive to make everyone happy we know this is not
always possible and take great pride in having satisfied customers. |
