Do you offer combined shipping?

We do offer combined shipping. However since we offer various sized items and materials we do not have a sophisticated shipping calculator. Place your order and when we pack and process your order we will combine shipping and refund any overcharge.

Are your products in stock or made to order?

Each item listed on our products page is in stock.

How soon does my order ship?

95% of orders are shipped on the same or next business day once your payment has cleared. If you need more shipping options please inquire and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What is your return policy?

We have a 7 day return policy on all artwork purchases. You must return the item to us in "A" stock condition. No part of the shipping charges are refundable. Please insure the return package.

What areas do you ship to?

Shipping prices listed on the website are for the USA only. All other areas by quote only. Please contact us with your Country and Postal Code for a quote. Most International orders are shipped via USPS.

Does my order have shipping insurance included?

All orders include insurance.

What happens if my art is lost, stolen or damaged?

If you have a lost, stolen or damaged item please notify us within 48 hours upon receipt via email with your name, shipping address, telephone number and tracking number. This process can be trying at times. Please be patient as we work through this process together. We have never had a damage claim denied as long as the recipient followed instructions.

How do you recommend for storing art?

All items should be stored flat.

What if I have other questions or issues?

If you are ever unhappy for any reason we ask that you contact us to resolve the matter. While we strive to make everyone happy we know this is not always possible and take great pride in having satisfied customers.
